Defining your "target" student: What do they actually want to get from your course? How will you know you've met their needs?

Structuring the content: How do you organize your information and materials to help your students learn most effectively?

Working with different learning styles: How do you teach to all the different "styles" of learning to ensure everyone is taking in all the good stuff you have to offer?

Using exercises effectively: How do you create and incorporate exercises that brings the lesson home?

Using time wisely: How do you build in breaks and build units of instruction so your students eyes don't cross from exhaustion and information overload?

Evaluations: How do you create assessment / evaluation tools that help you discern if you've really done what you set out to do.

Practice, practice, practice! Practice presenting a unit from a course you want to teach to see how it really works (optional)

Becoming an approved provider: Walk through the NCBTMB approved provider application so you can offer CEUs to massage therapists.
